At the moment, faculties of higher educational institutions have to prepare and implement a significant amount of different documentation in order to carry out the educational process in a proper manner. Among them are important documents on the registration of attendance and student performance, various statements for examinations, tests, various orders regarding changes in the last names and names of students due to various circumstances, etc. one type of document, you have to prepare additional documentation. Working in the old manner is very difficult and impractical. This software package allows you to solve these difficulties and offers sufficient resourçes to create an automated system of educational documentation of the faculty:
Database of students, including such data and fields as the student's full name, his faculty and specialty, course, etc .;
Accounting for student’s missed assignments, registration of work off, and the ability to filter the list of debtors by the number of passes;
Ability to prepare on the template in the form of a Microsoft Word document orders and memos on the use of various kinds of disciplinary actions;
Preparation and printing of orders to change the last names and names of students for various reasons;
Creation of automated records for examinations, tests and protection of term papers using the appropriate database of students.
Thus, this program prepares and prints documentation on working off missed hours, on applying disciplinary penalties for unearned passes, instructions on changing the last names and names of students, statements for examinations, tests and coursework protection, as well as searching and filtering student lists.
The developed program can be used by faculties of higher educational institutions for quick, and most importantly, the proper creation of documentation, the creation of an automated documentation system.
The program was developed on Delphi object-oriented programming language.
