On June 7, 2019, in the Balkan velayat, in the building of the Balkanabat branch of the Yagshigeldy Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas, the Innovative Research and Training Center Balkanabat branch was opened. The branch has about 400 listeners and contributes to the improvement of the center. The branch conducts training, retraining and advanced training in various areas, and also trains not only oil and gas sector specialists, but also specialists from various domestic and foreign enterprises.
JOINT COOPERATION
In order to improve qualifications, retraining and train specialists of the Turkmenbashi oil refining complex, from December 2020, the Innovation Research and Training Center, together with the Vocational-technical school of the Turkmenbashi Oil Refining Complex, signed an agreement on joint cooperation in training.
The purpose of the agreement is not only to improve the qualifications of specialists of the Turkmenbashi oil refining complex, studying world-class experience in various fields, conducting courses, retraining and training specialists from various local and foreign companies working in Turkmenbashi.
