Research and production work
Currently, the center is not only engaged in academic work, but also in increasing the interest of teachers and students of the International University of Oil and Gas named after Yagshigeldy Kakaev in science, conducting scientific and industrial experiments, implementation of projects, introduction of the results obtained into production.
Among all the activities carried out by the center, it is especially important to note the work on attracting students of higher educational institutions to science, conducting various laboratory research on the implementation of new technologies for industrial purposes, development of new formats of scientific and technical cooperation with industries to jointly address large-scale scientific and technological problems and intensify the implementation of innovations.
Research work of the center
The Innovative Scientific and Training Center signed a contract with the Marygazchykarysh department of the state concern "Turkmengaz" for creation (implementation) of scientific and technical products "Provision of scientific and experimental assistance to increase productivity of gas wells operated in the Marygazchykarysh departments". The contract consists of four stages, and all four stages of the contract were completed by the center in April 2023.
The Center concluded a contract with "Balkannebitgazgazleg expedition" of the state corporation "Turkmengeologiya" for creation (transfer) of scientific and technical products "Development of new compositions of drilling and plugging solutions on the basis of local raw materials". The contract consists of two stages, which were completed on December 31, 2022.
Currently, the Innovative Scientific and Training Center has signed an agreement with the "Marygazchykarysh" Department of the State Concern "Turkmengaz" to create (introduce) scientific and technical products "Development of stable technological mode of gas wells with reduced productivity in the "Marygazchykarysh" Department. In addition, a contract was signed with the Lebapgazchykarysh department of State Concern Turkmengaz to create (introduce) scientific and technical products "Assisting scientific experience to increase productivity of gas wells operated by the Lebapgazchykarysh department". The contract is expected to be fully implemented by the end of 2023.
In January 2023, the Innovative Scientific and Educational Center signed an agreement with Balkannebitgazgazleg expedition of Turkmengeologiya State Corporation for the creation (implementation) of scientific and technical products "Development and production of drilling and tamponade mud components on the basis of local raw materials". It is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
Production work of the center
Starting from 2020, on the basis of the license issued by the agency "Turkmenaragatnashyk", the Innovation Research and Training Center has been carrying out relevant work to improve the professional knowledge of students of the Yagshigeldy Kakaev International Oil and Gas University, attract students to science, their material encouragement, as well as creating software subject to cybersecurity and implementing them on a contractual basis in production. Currently, a number of major projects for the enterprises of the country are being implemented, software complexes are being developed and improved.
Electronic Warehouse
State Concern "Turkmengaz", State Corporation "Turkmengeologiya" and State Concern "Turkmennebit" signed an agreement with the Innovation Research and Training Center. In accordance with the terms of the agreement, the Electronic Storage Software was developed and implemented by the Innovative Research and Training Center to digitize the inventory and control of the respective warehouses of these institutions. The purpose of the program is to digitally control quantities and control inventory of warehouses using a digital system based on the code displayed on each item.
Guylar gaznasy
Currently, the Innovation Research and Training Center implements various projects with various institutions. Among them, on behalf of the State Concern "Turkmengaz" the project "Guyular gaznasy" is being implemented. The purpose of the project is to create software that will help control production works at wells information that should be accurately and promptly available execution of work plans under the aegis of Concern "Dovletabatgazchykarysh", "Lebapgazchykarysh" and "Marygazchikarysh".
Automated system of electronic information about a citizen
The proposed program allows you to work on documentation in the Turkmen language. Having a database of information about employees, it is able to independently prepare an electronic document according to a specified template and send it to print. In its own way, it is actually a type of automated electronic document management. This program offers the following new features.
- managing, editing multiple documents in an automated mode;
- search for the necessary documentation, its printing, in particular, the user does not open the documents himself, can send them to print by using the program, specifying it the desired folder, saving a lot of time;
- perform advanced searches for citizens (employees) in the built-in database, independently form an electronic document with information about the employee and send it to print if necessary;
- Read previously created documents and enter their data into the program database;
- ability to import from and export to other databases.
Innovation Research and Training Center performs practical research and design work in priority areas of science and technology; introduction into production of scientific works, innovations and inventions of researchers, professors, students; defining the rights and ways of implementing digital economy and innovative solutions in the industry enterprises of oil and gas complex; conducts extensive joint research work with enterprises of oil and gas complex to introduce in the industry enterprises of the oil and gas complex a number of projects on the implementation of digital economy and innovative solutions. For example, currently the Innovation Scientific and Training Center in accordance with the agreements with the State Concern "Turkmengaz" and the State Corporation "Turkmengeologiya" carries out a number of projects on scientific and technical support, introduction of scientific inventions and proposals in production within the contractual work.
