In any educational institution, be it a higher education institution, general education high school or other institution, maintaining an educational routine is an important part of the educational process. Previous mechanical methods, in which the bell rang with the direct participation of a person, does not meet modern requirements and realities. Therefore, at present, a system for playing a call and notification is being installed in new educational buildings. Unfortunately, these systems, by the companies that install them, are used closed or in a very difficult to regulate state. Therefore, the task was set to develop universal software that is quite easy to install and quickly adjustable.
The developed software is installed on a computer in a standard way. The order of its work consists of the following stages:
- every certain time interval the program reads from its directory a file in * .txt format containing the ringing times and compares them with the current time;
- if the times specified in the file coincide with the current time, the program starts playing the 1.mp3 sound file, also located in its directory.
- this sound file is played exactly as long as specified in the program settings.
Thus, by playing the sound file at the specified time intervals and connecting the computer to the Faculty's notification system, the Faculty's call playback system is working.
In addition, when a microphone is connected to a computer, the software identifies it, and it becomes possible to record sound through the program. In this case, when you press the corresponding button and record the speech through the microphone, you can save this record immediately or after editing the errors. From this moment the program starts playing it. Thus, the work of the notification system is carried out through the created program.
It is also possible to use the program remotely via a computer network. In this case, notification is possible directly through the dean's office or other premises.
The developed software allows you to edit the order and time of calls, call melody and the duration of its playing, notify with speech accompaniment. The program can be used in any educational institution.
The program was developed on Delphi object-oriented programming language.

Minimum computer requirements: CPU – i3, 1,70GHz, RAM – 2Gb.
