The software package consists of three main modules. The first of the modules is called "The program for the preparation of State Examination sheets based on the list of graduates." The main task of this program is to automatically create exam sheets for final exams based on a given template.
The work of this module begins by downloading the list of alumni. Further, on the basis of a Word document template, statements for state exams are compiled.
The second module of the software complex is called "Program for drawing up minutes of the meeting of the State Examination Commission".
This software module prepares 3 types of documents, such as:
Minutes of the meeting of the State Examination Commission for the consideration of the diploma project (work).
Minutes of the meeting of the State Examination Commission for passing the exam in the discipline "Modern Turkmen society".
Minutes of the meeting on the award of the profession and diplomas to students who successfully passed state exams.
The third and last module of the software package is called "Compilation of Diploma Inserts Based on the Final Graduation List of Graduates". To compile the inserts, you first need to prepare a table of final grades. For its preparation, an electronic book Microsoft Excel is used. This table includes exam grades, credits, grades for coursework and projects, as well as grades obtained as a result of educational and industrial practices over five years.
On the basis of the data in this table, according to a pre-created template, inserts are compiled separately for each of the graduates.
The created software package makes it possible to automate the work of the department of a higher educational institution and more flexibly apply digital technologies in its workflow.
The program was developed on Delphi object-oriented programming language.
